This isn’t your abnormal toastie, it’s a fortnums & mason cheese & ham toastie. Cave aged cheddar matured over 15-months making a caramel & nutty flavour. Plus spiced orange ham, cured in brine, matured for four weeks, then steeped in spices. 😘

We picked up the toastie machine from the center of lidlgb final 12 months and it’s reworked our lunch instances sammies into these wonderful crispy stacks of melted cheese, thick lower ham in a contemporary sourdough bloomer. 🥪
