
《 Roasted Cauliflower with Fig and Halloumi 》
For meat free Monday yesterday we took inspiration from littlechef_ldn with this wonderful dish. 🍽️

Whereas it packs a punch with flavour and look, it’s a straightforward meal to throw collectively and one which we now have bookmarked for a cocktail party if we now have vegetarians over! 🥦

Brush a complete cauliflower with EVOO and dirt with paprika and roast at 220C for 50 minutes till delicate. ☁️

For the Tahini sauce we combined tahini, pomegranate molasses, lemon juice and garlic after which added water steadily till it received to the correct consistency. 🍋

When the cauliflower is completed add recent parsley, pomegranate seeds, hazelnuts and raisins and drizzle with the tahini topping and serve. 🌰

We dished up some honey and balsamic roast figs and halloumi alongside it and for 2 meat lovers it went down a storm. The North African/Center Japanese flavours reminded of us to our journey to barbarylondon simply earlier than Christmas. 🍯
