What’s your favorite lower of steak? This T-bone is from our native butcher, it’s a big lower, one aspect of the bone is sirloin and the opposite is the fillet. 🥩

To arrange rub the steak with maldonsalt and freshly floor black pepper. Sear in a pan on a excessive warmth till all surfaces are browned. 🍖
