
《 Duck Noodles 》
We threw this dish along with leftovers from the fridge. It resulted in a rainbow salad of carrot, mango, spring onions, coriander, chilli and lime. 🌈

Served with egg noodles and a juicy leg of duck from gressinghamduck. We cooked the duck in line with packet instruction and reserved a number of the cooking juices for the nice and cozy noodle salad. 🍊
