What’s your favorite Sunday roast? We obtained a beautiful stuffed pork loin from meatlineuk and served it with all of the trimmings! 🍽️

All of the veg was recent from Jamie’s Fruit and Veg whiteelmgardencentre and tasted divine. After peeling and par-boiling the potatoes, they have been positioned within the oven on a tray of sizzling duck fats the place they roasted for 75 minutes. The carrots have been washed and drizzled in honey and roasted for an hour. 🥕

The Yorkshires have been made utilizing a bbcgoodfood recipe. Flour, eggs and milk, simple peasy. 🥣

The gravy was one we hadn’t tried earlier than from atkinsandpotts and it delivered the flavour we needed. 🤎
