PAELLA
As you may see from my previous couple of posts, I’ve been travelling around the world with my recipes recently. Right here’s one from a little bit nearer to residence. This conventional Spanish dish is an all rounder and is tremendous easy to make. A prefect approach to repurpose leftovers. Be happy to make use of any veg of your alternative and substitute tuna for the hen for an ideal 9 days recipe

1 giant onion, diced
Three garlic cloves, minced
half cup roasted pepper, slivered
1 can chopped tomatoes
1/four olives, sliced
1 cup shredded precooked hen (or 2 cans of tuna)
1.5 cups brief grain rice
3.5 cups water
salt & pepper, to style
pinch of saffron (non-obligatory)
Sauté onions in olive oil, till translucent. Add garlic and sauté till aromatic.
Add veg and hen and blend for 2-Three minutes.
Add rice, spices and water.
Deliver to boil and simmer till no extra water left and rice is cooked via.
