Comfortable Saturday everybody! What higher strategy to get up than with avo and eggs. This dish is a leftovers particular; heat flat bread, smashed avo with chopped coriander leaves, lime juice and salt, grilled streaky bacon, fried egg, grilled tomato and chilli flakes. 🥑

I’m feeling fairly exhausted in the mean time and life hasn’t even returned to regular but! Does anyone else really feel apprehensive about having a busy social life once more? 😬

I can’t wait to see pals & household and to eat out once more however I’ve received so used to being at dwelling and being in my bubble that it’s going to take some getting used too. Am I the one one which isn’t feeling tremendous enthusiastic about all of it? 😳
