It’s exhausting to beat this speedy midweek meal, prawns, beansprouts and oodles of noodles. I like Pad Thai and used to like getting it within the metropolis at lunch time when working on the workplace. Served with a squeeze of lime and a handful of peanuts this recipe is our go-to. 🦐

You’ll want:
❥ noodles of your selection, we opted for soba which is a Japanese model wheat and buckwheat noodle
❥ tamarind paste
❥ fish sauce
❥ sugar
❥ garlic
❥ onions
❥ veg oil
❥ an couple of eggs
❥ cooked prawns
❥ beansprouts
❥ peanuts
❥ lime wedges
