
《 Goan Fish Curry 》
Welcome again to fishy Friday! This week we’re serving up a scrumptious Goan fish curry with onions, tomatoes, mustard seed, chilli, turmeric and star anise. 🐟

Begin by boiling up some water and cooking up a few parts of basmati rice. In a separate pan warmth some veg oil and fry chopping onions and recent chopped tomatoes. 🧅

As soon as sifted as masala paste and prepare dinner for two minutes. Add coconut milk and coconut paste to the pan and gently carry to the boil. Let the sauce simmer and thicken for five minutes. 🥥

Stir in simplycookcom spice mix after which add 250g of cod fillet sliced into giant chunks. Allow them to prepare dinner by way of for five minutes then serve the curry over rice. Squeeze over recent lime juice and revel in! 🍛
