Our sourco_uk sourdough starter remains to be going sturdy and we’re loving creating open sandwiches at lunch time that tickle our tastebuds. Are you able to guess who’s is who?? 🙈

The creamy mushroom creation was topped on a giant slice of freshly baked sourdough, grilled with a touch of olive oil. We sweated shallots, white wine, mushrooms and creme fraiche to create this boujee lunch time ensemble. 🍄

The opposite sandwich was topped with grated goats cheese and grilled figs, drizzled in honey. We’re loving lunch within the solar while working from dwelling! Hope you’re capable of get outdoors and revel in it too ☀️
