10+ week dry aged ribeye steak with do-it-yourself triple cooked chips. It’s Fri-yey and what higher strategy to have a good time than treating your self to a flowery little bit of beef from the native butcher. 😋

My buddy acquired me a voucher for dugardanddaughters for my birthday final month. They’re a family-run butcher & larder in South London. I stood staring on the beef counter for ages this morning, then settled on ribeye and might verify I’m very pleased with my alternative. 🥩
